GROCERY DISTRIBUTION

The Human Needs Food Pantry provides registered clients with grocery bags of fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, and non-perishables. We provide balanced selections of canned and dry goods that include proteins like tuna, starches including pastas and rice, and fruits and vegetables of all kinds. We include personal-care items, such as soap and shampoo, as available.

Clients may pick up food once a week, either Tuesday or Thursday. Volunteer drivers deliver to homebound clients.

UPSTAIRS Clothing and Housewares

Once a month, registered Essex County clients may visit "Upstairs" for free clothing for men, women, and children, as well as household goods. We have several rooms full of clean, gently-used clothes, shoes, linens, kitchen wares, seasonal items, and more.

HEALTH SERVICES

VACCINATION CLINICS: We do periodic free vaccine clinics on site providing Covid vaccines, boosters and flu shots. Always no charge and no appointment needed. Walk-in welcome!
